Location: 2020 Academy Drive Fayette, AL 35555
Full Time Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM Occasionally must be flexible with schedule should special projects or emergencies occur.
Responsible for performing routine secretarial and clerical tasks. Maintaining client files, documents, reports. Serves as the initial contact person for the facility via telephone and in person. Assists with the purchasing of and maintaining required office supplies and monitoring office related equipment. Coordinate and monitor assigned billing and financial transactions.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in general computer skills including word processing and excel.
Graduate of an accredited high school or have successfully completed a GED is a minimum education requirement.
Starting rate: Will be discussed in interview
