Responsible for overall functioning of three group homes including supervision of the program staff and their compliance to expected competencies.

4 Group Homes and one apartment building.

This position reports to the Clinical Director.

Education/Credentials: Master's degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.

1-3 years experience in a behavioral health field. Supervisory experience preferred.

Normal Schedule is Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM. These group homes are 24/7. There will be times when the Residential Director may need to respond to situations outside of normal hours.

Current valid driver's license with insurable driving record. Ability to demonstrate word processing skills.
