Crisis Residential Unit. 9558 Hwy 124 Carbon Hill Al 35549

Performs prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to clients in a residential setting of a mental health center. Participate in the implementation, evaluation, and modification of the client's service plan. Administer the Consumer's Medication Program as prescribed based in Center policies and procedures. Assist in the monitoring of vital signs, blood sugar, and other lab results. Assist in the admission and discharge process. Structure and monitor the personal and leisure activities of the client. Provide family support and education. Provide for clients and staff safety.

Must have current/valid nursing licensure and Driver's License to meet our insurance guidelines. Must be familiar with Word Processing, Excel, and typing 40+ WPM.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM-4PM

Salary will be discussed during interview.
