Provide Level III tasks as assigned. Maintain face-to-face contact with clients at least quarterly. Provide appropriate billable services (e.g. Basic Living Skills) as indicated on current treatment plan. Verify compliance with MD/CRNP appointments. Verify medications compliance. Evaluate clients for increase in symptoms and stressors. Recommend referrals to appropriate programs/staff. Conduct urine drug screens on clients as requested. Maintain Level III client files and documents. Prepare Outpatient client information for MD/CRNP/ Provide Backup for Front Desk as requested and other duties as assigned.

Starting Rate                          $9.44

Schedule:                                 Full Time     Monday - Friday   8:00AMto 5:00PM

High School/GED required. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Basic knowledge of computer/word processing
